I thought it was a little pricey, until I got my sandwich. I had the Italian breakfast panini it's a must try here. It was piled with meat cheese and lots of eggs , very big sandwich and worth every penny. My first time trying was today out of the 3 years I've been living in the ferry and I'll be back real soon!
The Good: • Food is great and they have a pesto sauce that really adds flavor to any basic sandwich. • Their service is what really stands out. Their employees are knowledgeable and they look like they really care about their service (which is uncommon in the food industry today). • They have a coffee shop part to their cafe that has an enormous amount of flavor options. If your “go to” coffee drink isn’t listed on their menu, they could probably make some version of it for you. The Not-so-Good: • There’s not a lot to say here. Maybe the amount of seating inside? They make up for this through speedy service and a drive-thru option. Overall, it’s the better choice to stop for a good coffee and breakfast sandwich to support local shops. They’ll beat the service from any chain by a mile.
I love this place! It is always worth a stop when visiting topsail. The food and coffee is consistently fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. Also, the server has the most genuine welcoming smile - it's a nice change of pace from some of the other places around here.
One of my favorite spots for quick takeout in Sneads Ferry! Sandwiches and paninis are huge and can easily be two meals. Coffee is good as well!
This hidden gem is amazing, y'all! The food... top quality and delicious every time we eat here. The Reuben, which is without a doubt one of my favorites here, comes on your choice of sourdough or rye, both exceptional. The smoothes made to order, and they are very accommodating on special requests. I could go on and on all day about the delicious Italian Lavazza coffee, I usually have to get two of the iced coffes for me, as one seems to disappear as soon as it goes in my hand...lol. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside in the front as well. Bonus... they do have a drive-through window those days that you just do not want to get out of the vehicle and go inside. Keep in mind that they close a little on the early side, so make sure you check out their business hours.
This place is outstanding! Stayed nearby for a weekend beach getaway, my wife found this place by their high reviews - and this place did not disappoint! First day we came through for lunch and coffee - both excellent. The panini sandwiches are fantastic, coffee drinks will beat Starbucks any day, and they’re local! Long live Napoli Cafe!

Came here this morning for some breakfast! Got the 3 egg croissant and my friend got the panini with egg. Everything was the perfectly toasted, reasonably priced and the wait inside was roughly 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.
